Co-Founder Wanted – Build the “ASML of Tissue Fabrication”

I'm Antonio — ex-CIO and data engineer based in Cologne — and I'm building a deeptech startup to redefine biofabrication.

The vision: industrial-scale bioprinting, using matrix-addressed MEMS printheads to deposit entire tissue layers in milliseconds.

Think bitmap-controlled tissue printing with real-time QC — a process platform others will license, not another printer company.

Where are we now?

• Family A patent filed (matrix droplet deposition), divisional applications drafted

• Mechanical prototype design in progress

• EXIST application and software stack coming next

Looking for a technical cofounder who can take full ownership of one (or more) of these layers:

  • Software / real-time control – 3D models, slicer, raster → nozzle addressing, RT streaming
  • Electronics / HV MEMS driving – control boards, ASIC/FPGA path
  • Mechanical / motion system – precision actuator stack, fluid delivery, calibration
  • Biological applications – cell-safe workflows, bioink validation, early lab pilots

We’ll start part-time, but will effectively move to build IP and validation steps.

Equity: Open to equal shares with the right cofounder.

What I care about:

  1. Urgency – you hate slow cycles
  2. Ownership – you run your domain like the company depends on it (because it does)

If you could own one of these layers, let’s talk.
